What this package solves
Your domain sits in a former freelancer's account. Business email is a patchwork of personal inboxes, and half of it lands in spam. The website was built by someone you can no longer reach. Identity puts one accountable team in charge of all three.
We set up the technical basics in your name: domain, email that reaches inboxes, a fast landing page and a security baseline. Then we keep them healthy every month, so what you launched with does not quietly decay. It is the right starting point for a firm that needs to look established before it can justify in-house IT.
What's Included
- Domain: sourced, registered in your name, secured and managed.
- Business email: a workspace set up with DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your messages reach inboxes. Up to 5 mailboxes are included, with extra mailboxes and licences billed at cost.
- Landing page: a fast, single-page site built for clarity and conversion.
- Security baseline: SSL, DNS hardening and basic DDoS protection.
- Monthly health check: updates, essential maintenance and a short written summary.
Not included
Site changes beyond the monthly health check (quoted as a project, or included on Engine), multi-page sites, e-commerce, and support for staff devices and personal accounts.
