Who owns our domain, accounts and data?
You do, always. Domains are registered in your name, and accounts and data stay yours. If you leave, we hand over credentials and documentation within five business days.
What are the contract terms?
Month-to-month with 30 days' notice on Identity and Engine. Ecosystem starts with a three-month term. We never hold your systems or data back.
How fast can we actually get started?
Most engagements begin within days of the audit call. The exact timeline depends on your package and how tangled the current setup is. You get a real date before you commit to anything.
Do you replace our existing team or tools?
Only where it helps. We are explicit from day one about what we run versus what stays with you, so nothing you already trust gets swapped out without a reason.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients elsewhere?
We are a remote-first team based in Cyprus, working with clients in the US, the Middle East and Europe. Our working day overlaps with US mornings and with the Gulf. Client data is hosted where your requirements call for it, and EU client data stays on EU infrastructure.
How do you handle security and backups?
